So in a quest to better my self I’ve gone out and joined a gym, Exercise4Less for those wondering.
My first session in over 3 years so taking it easy along, Hoping to loose this gut and become happier in my self.
These past 2 weeks have been a bit of a mixed bag in my personal life but as the days go on I find my self feeling better and better as the days pass.
I’m not after anything spectacular, no six pack or bugling muscles just to slim down and feel comfortable in my own skin. Just want to look in better shape then current
