Elephant in the room

Okay carrying on from the last house post we’ll backtrack to mid January onwards. Yes i know I’m late to this, playing catchup here

So when we last left up I had managed to get a super cool custom computer desk built, topped and fixed to the wall

Smarted up the water heater via Tado (but knowing what i know now I’d could have just saved some monies and made my own with a sonoff duo)

So yeah while installing there may have been a night or two with no heating while i was figuring it out. Nothing ventured nothing gained i guess i got there in the end and feel I’ve earned a thing or two on the way

Thought I’d get some lights up, thanks AliExpress for the lights. These are linked up to a waterproof outdoor box with a Zigbee smart relay in the box.

How could i say no to having house guests, especially when they came with a personal Chef, #EatingLikeAKing

The office updates

So yeah i couldn’t not post an update on how my office is coming along

Got my speakers mounted to the wall mid desk build before screwing everything down

Then deiced that i wanted so spice up the back wall with some fake trellis. Of course me being me I waited till after it was up to add lights behind it.

Have I mentioned Aliexpress yet? I managed to stumble across the below “Light switch” and just had to have it. A Light switch that runs full android, the possibilities where opened up after a guide by Blackadder
